Travelling south through the countryside surrounding Jerez down as far as Medina Sidonia, Alcalá de los Gazules, crossing the Alcornocales Nature Park, you will come acroos the pastures where the fighting bull graze. Along this beautiful route are the ranches belonging prestigious breeders such as Martelilla, Torrestrella and Cabada Gago.
